About the role

  • You advise and coach managers at all levels within the BAUHAUS Service Center Germany on people development topics and support their development.
  • You develop, design, implement and manage strategic personnel and leadership development instruments, such as employee appraisals, career paths, etc.
  • You lead workshops and trainings for managers and employees.
  • In addition, you design and take responsibility for various projects (e.g., career paths) and play a decisive role in further developing our concepts and strategies as well as implementing new measures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Psychology, Business Education, Business Administration, or a vocational qualification with relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in people development / leadership development or in HR Learning & Development or coaching / training, in an advisory HR role, e.g., as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist/HR Officer, HR Consultant, People Developer, Business Coach (m/f/d)
  • Ideally further training/certification as a coach, facilitator or trainer with a focus on people development / organizational development
  • Very good MS Office skills; experience with performance management / succession & development systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships, empathy, strategic and conceptual thinking
  • Business-fluent German and good command of English.
