Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, multi‑workstream projects or programmes.
Proven track record of mobilising large‑scale contracts or operational programmes in a commercial environment.
Strong experience of RAID management, project planning and dependency mapping.
Demonstrable ability to coordinate and influence cross‑functional teams (e.g. Partnerships, Construction, Delivery, Sales, Tech, Finance, People).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including senior leadership reporting.
Highly organised, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Professional project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of recognised project management methodologies and best practice.
