Senior People Partner – Delivery & Construction

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading the People Plan for Delivery and Construction, covering capability, structure, engagement, workforce risks and future skills
- Partnering senior leaders and managers on people strategy, organisational effectiveness and change
- Turning business priorities into practical people initiatives that improve engagement, retention, performance and culture
- Coaching and supporting managers to build confidence in areas such as feedback, performance, development, inclusion and change
- Identifying people trends and root causes, then working with leaders to create solutions that make a real difference
- Supporting activity across the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning and organisation design through to onboarding, development and culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in operations, construction, logistics, infrastructure or a similar multi-site environment
- Excellent judgement, problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity
- A coaching mindset and the confidence to influence senior leaders and managers
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bring people along with change
- A good understanding of organisation design, workforce planning, performance, engagement and talent development
- Confidence using people data and insight to shape meaningful action
