About the role
- Lead SaaS vendor/partner relationship and execution.
- Assess and improve platform issue resolution, release management, change management.
- Partner with SaaS vendor to create/execute program roadmap, requirement gathering and detailed plans for feature improvements.
- Develop & track program plans and schedules, dashboards & metrics, technical issues and negotiated priorities.
- Collaborate with Brand/Custom Managers to define KPI’s and provide effective communication regarding status, issues, objectives, dependencies, risks, data matrices and plans to leadership and product development teams.
- Deliver executive-level overview for progress tracking, removal of redundancies across work streams by combining/improving product refreshes to elevate efficiency across the organization.
- Drive improvement in delivery processes, use data focused approach for business and technical requirements gathering.
Requirements
- BS or BA in Technology/Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral, written, meeting facilitation and documentation).
- Knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process within a consumer goods or manufacturing environment and/or experience in sporting goods, athletic footwear, and apparel - global operations.
- Strong familiarity with Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
- Technical fluency: able to understand APIs, integrations, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and backlog management.
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms (Shopify & SAP preferred), ERPs, or middleware systems a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple parallel streams of work.
- Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
- Travel as needed and/or required by essential job functions.
