Technology & Digital Transformation Coordinator – Marketing & Trade Marketing
BauduccoTechnology Coordinator responsible for overseeing digital products supporting marketing initiatives at Bauducco. Engaging with trade marketing and TI in a hybrid work environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the technology agenda for Marketing & Trade Marketing, ensuring continuous improvement, scalability and value delivery to the business.
- Govern the IT solutions that support:
- - Campaign, media and marketing activation platforms
- - Tools for managing and executing Trade Marketing at the point of sale (POS)
- - Structured data-collection solutions at the point of sale
- - Applications and systems that support field promoters
- - Platforms focused on the consumer journey and experience
- Define, prioritize and track the roadmap for Marketing & Trade digital products, aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.
- Support the evolution of the consumer journey, ensuring integration across campaigns, channels and POS execution.
- Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Data and Technology teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
- Monitor technical and business performance indicators, such as POS execution, promoter coverage, quality of collected data, campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Coordinate backlog prioritization, requirements definition, testing, user acceptance and production rollout of new features and improvements, using agile methodologies.
- Manage technology vendors and partners, overseeing deliveries, SLAs, costs and solution quality.
- Act as a technology transformation agent, promoting continuous improvement and the strategic use of data and technology to drive commercial results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience in IT applied to Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales or field operations.
- Hands-on experience with digital products focused on campaigns, POS execution and the consumer journey.
- Experience in digital product management, backlog ownership and agile methodologies.
- Experience with systems architecture, integrations and management of technology platforms.
- Experience serving as the interface between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of:
- - Digital marketing, media and campaign tools
- - Trade Marketing operations and POS execution
- - Consumer journey and customer experience (CX)
- - Field data collection and usage (sell-out, execution, POS audits)
- Experience managing technology vendors and partners.
- Ability to operate in dynamic environments with a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and organized profile, critical thinker with a strong data- and results-orientation.
