Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in production scheduling, supporting the team responsible for the daily scheduling of production activities to ensure efficient and effective planning that maximizes productivity and minimizes delays.
Contact suppliers to verify whether material delivery dates meet the company’s requirements and, if necessary, update the system to reflect the actual delivery status, ensuring materials arrive on time to avoid production delays.
Generate and analyze reports for teams related to scheduling KPIs, Kanban, and deliveries to provide actionable insights that improve decision-making and optimize scheduling and delivery processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education in progress or completed in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Knowledge of SAP and ERP systems, MRP.
Power BI.
Must be available to work in Guarulhos — Rua Fritz Reiman.
