Lead multiple strategic commercial projects for the company.
Coordinate internal departments to meet client specification requirements.
Contribute to the technical definition of solutions aligned with client needs and constraints.
Represent the company during visits to shipyards, distributors, and end clients throughout project phases.
Ensure end-to-end project management across the full project lifecycle: definition, preparation, production, and delivery.
Monitor project progress and the resolution of issues using key indicators: budget, costs, schedules, risks (dashboards, reports, charts).
Prepare client-facing materials (presentations), internal notes, and meeting minutes (MoM) to ensure rigorous follow-up.
Conduct active technology monitoring.
Actively participate in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary projects within the company.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Marine/Naval Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Results-oriented, committed, and meticulous, able to work independently while contributing effectively to team efforts.
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines with a high level of integrity, strong prioritization skills, great attention to detail and quality standards.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
