About the role

  • Develop and maintain the regional after-sales strategy in collaboration with the Network Development Director.
  • Research and identify potential after-sales partners.
  • Visit, evaluate, negotiate, and manage contracts with new and existing partners.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new partners.
  • Build service capabilities and support the implementation of company initiatives with partners.
  • Monitor service partner performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver reports to management, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct periodic audits.
  • Ensure contractual agreements are properly applied.
  • Work cross-functionally with department heads to identify action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing support to partners and collaborate with them to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Address customer concerns regarding products and services.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) minimum, preferably in engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the industrial sector.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% within the EMEA region.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in another European language is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license (light vehicles).
