About the role
- Create and maintain project plans with timelines, dependencies, and milestones
- Coordinate partner onboarding and drive the full implementation lifecycle
- Manage communication across internal teams and partner stakeholders
- Oversee product rollout, training, early-stage support, and operational readiness
- Participate in testing and QA to ensure accuracy and performance
- Define and track KPIs to measure partnership and product success
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria
- Prepare updates and progress reports for internal teams
- Work with internal teams to streamline processes and improve scalability for future implementations
Requirements
- 5+ years in travel insurance program management or relevant experience
- Experience leading software, integration, or technical delivery projects
- Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in schedule, risk, and stakeholder management
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance partner needs with business goals
- Working with international partners
