About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ongoing bank bookkeeping and posting transactions from various payment providers
Reconciliation of financial accounts
Reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable
Assistance and support in preparing the annual financial statements
Dunning and collection management
Invoicing for special items (damage claims, VAT refunds, invoice corrections)
Management and processing of the invoice mailbox and incoming mail
Ordering and management of consumables

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
Practical professional experience in accounting
Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of DATEV
Independent, thorough and solution-oriented working style
Team player with goal-oriented communication skills
Reliability and confidentiality
German language proficiency, minimum C1
