About the role
- Strategic responsibility for one or more product categories in the area of mobile autonomous power supply (market, portfolio, positioning, profitability)
- Product decision-making & roadmaps
- Planning and implementation of new products
- Definition of product requirements & USPs
- Supplier and partner management
- Close cross-functional collaboration across the company
- Business/financial management of the product category
- Active contribution to the continued development of ECTIVE — beyond your own product category
Requirements
- Completed degree in business or engineering — ideally with an electrical engineering background
- Several years of experience in product management / product ownership, preferably with technical products or system solutions for mobile or autonomous applications
- Technical understanding without being a pure developer: you can assess and prioritize technical topics and make them understandable for different target groups
- Entrepreneurial mindset & sense of responsibility
- Experience working with international suppliers, ideally China / Far East
- Excellent communication skills — internally and externally
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
