• Schedule installation appointments with homeowners and installation teams
• Maintain constant communication with clients, installers, vendors, and internal departments
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Order materials and monitor delivery timelines
• Process project documentation accurately and on time
• Assist with financing paperwork and project documentation
• Collect and record customer payments
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and project issues proactively
• Follow up with customers throughout the project to ensure an excellent experience
• Maintain accurate records within our CRM and project management systems
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, and Installation teams
