About the role
- Support the sales team with key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business
- Responsible for maintaining customer profiles in CRM including adding new customer and uploading documentation to ensure customer information is accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with other departments to process the sale effectively from new order to completion with a focus on ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Responsible for all sales order documentation entries into CRM including contracts, order confirmations, measure documents, order verifications, etc..
- Monitor, track, and ensure all appropriate financing documentation is accurate and uploaded into customer file (financing documentation, receipts, etc..)
- Track new sales and complete regularly scheduled reporting on financial KPIs for sales operations leaders
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed
Requirements
- 1 year of related professional work experience required
- Strong attention to detail and have high level of organizational and administrative skills
- Proactive mindset and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to complete tasks to meet deadlines
- Previous CRM experience preferred, but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
