About the role
- Create ad graphics and creative assets
- Edit video content for ads, podcasts, and social
- Support podcast design and content creation
- Schedule and post organic social media content
- Assist with email outreach to podcast guests and partners
- Help maintain brand consistency across assets
- Support affiliate and marketing design needs as they arise
Requirements
- Experience in design, video, or creative marketing
- Motivated to learn how design, content, and marketing work together
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable taking feedback and improving quickly
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn new tools
- Experience with graphic design or video editing
- Bonus (not required): Organic social media, Podcast content, Email marketing
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to grow in a fast-paced agency environment
