About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned clients
  • Run monthly strategy and reporting calls to review results and set goals
  • Own client onboarding, expectation setting, and ongoing relationship success
  • Monitor support emails and promptly resolve account issues
  • Audit accounts, troubleshoot problems, and ensure campaigns are running smoothly
  • Make landing page edits, block IPs, and fix key issues for account managers
  • Set up and split-test campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Extract and present the story from performance data in clear, actionable terms
  • Communicate proactively to prevent issues, not just react to them

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house); internships welcome
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads (setups, budgets, A/B testing)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management
  • Comfortable with client-facing interactions and accountability
