About the role
- Lead the development and delivery of capital facility projects for Basketball England
- Work with clubs and partners to shape viable investment-ready projects
- Support project assurance and reporting activities
- Provide technical advice to ensure basketball facilities are fit for purpose
- Manage budgets related to facility and capital projects
- Monitor progress and manage risks associated with projects
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant subject or compensating work experience in a relevant, related field
- Project Development / Management experience developing or supporting the development of participation initiatives
- Facilities development and programme management experience
- Strong relationship management skills
- Ability to deliver customer support services effectively and efficiently
- Experience in managing operational evaluation and data analysis of programme delivery
- Familiarity with high-pressure performance environments
