About the role
- Responsible for reworking the current user interface to make it more intuitive, user-friendly, and aesthetically appealing.
- Conduct thorough user research to understand the target audience, their needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate new interface concepts and interactions.
- Evaluate and analyze the existing UI, identifying areas for improvement.
- Streamline complex workflows and interactions.
- Ensure new design aligns with the company’s brand identity, values, and guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback from users.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a User Experience Designer, UI Designer, or a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with software development processes and the ability to balance user experience improvements with technical feasibility.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset, capable of finding innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
