Frontend Engineer

• As an engineer at Bask you will work directly with the CEO and CTO to build and design the software infrastructure that will serve as the backbone of telehealth.
• Design, build, and implement new services through the full development cycle: write elegant, well-tested code in a modern technology stack. Build libraries and frameworks that can help us build quickly and efficiently, and deliver value to our users.

Senior Front-End Software Engineer

Project Manager

• Own the complete lifecycle of non-troubleshooting customer requests including intake, triage, prioritization, and progress tracking
• Serve as the primary coordination point between Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Maintain a dynamic, organized backlog of open customer requests with clear timelines, dependencies, and internal ownership assignments
• Execute intelligent prioritization of requests and projects based on limited formal policies, requiring strong business judgment
• Proactively communicate project updates, potential blockers, and revised timelines to Account Managers and directly to clients when appropriate

Lead Customer Success Engineer

Social Media Manager

• Take campaign directions and assets from the Creative Director and design team and break them down into individual posts, stories, and short-form videos tailored to each platform.
• Adapt existing campaign visuals and copy into social-first formats (hooks, captions, carousels, reels, TikToks, thumbnails) while staying on-brand.
• Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Help create, edit, and publish content (short-form video, graphics, stories, carousels, basic copy/captions).
• Support management of the social media content calendar, including scheduling posts at optimal times.
• Monitor channels daily, respond to comments and DMs, and flag community feedback or issues to the team.
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and compile simple weekly reports.
• Actively research and monitor new trends, memes, audios, and content formats on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, and proactively propose ways the brand can participate.
• Quickly package trend-based concepts into draft content (scripts, shot lists, rough edits, or mockups) for review by the Creative Director.
• Assist with influencer seeding or collaborations (shortlists, outreach, tracking posts), if applicable.

Junior Social Media Intern

• Serve as the primary point of contact for medication-related inquiries, including dose, strength, and administration instructions.
• Triage and assess questions to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely responses.
• Coordinate directly with prescribing provider groups and pharmacy partners to verify prescriptions and confirm appropriate dosing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between prescribed instructions and patient understanding.
• Escalate complex medication or safety concerns to licensed clinicians when appropriate.
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams to improve the overall patient experience.
