Key responsibilities & impact

Own execution for: New product development (concept → formulation → packaging → launch)
Manage full NPD lifecycle: Concept and kickoff, R&D and formulation coordination, Packaging development, Labeling, claims, and compliance, Sampling, testing, and approvals, Launch readiness
Manage execution of: Sales campaigns, Retail launches and activations, TV segments, influencer campaigns, and partnerships
Lead formal kickoff for every project
Build and maintain detailed timelines in Monday.com
Ensure products and campaigns are fully launch-ready across: DTC, Retail, Media
Identify risks early across all projects
Ensure accuracy in: Dates and timelines, Campaign details and logistics
Track all creative and product assets

Requirements

What you’ll need

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification REQUIRED
4–7+ years of project management experience in fast-paced environments
Proven experience leading end-to-end new product development and marketing execution
Experience in beauty, CPG, or e-commerce preferred
Strong cross-functional leadership across Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners
Strong proficiency in Project Management tools (Monday.com preferred)
