Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related technical field
  • Significant experience in chemical manufacturing or other high-hazard industrial environments
  • Deep expertise in process safety, environmental compliance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven accountability for maintaining a site’s license to operate
  • Strong business acumen, with experience managing large and complex operating budgets
  • Ability to drive cost efficiency and asset performance
  • Track record of leading organizations of comparable size and complexity
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and developing leaders
  • Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders, including regulators and community representatives
  • Results-driven mindset with ability to lead transformation and operational excellence
