About the role

  • Support the US xarvio business by coordinating agronomic model validation, new business testing, and training initiatives.
  • Manage field trials, support beta testing with retailer partners, develop KPIs to measure product success.
  • Collaborate with commercial and training teams to prepare for successful product launches and adoption of BASF’s digital farming solutions.
  • Lead xarvio Field Manager agronomic model needs, testing, and validation.
  • Facilitate testing of new business opportunities to validate business impact, while supporting the development and implementation of field trials and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to effectively implement testing needs.
  • Partner with xarvio Digital Farming stakeholders to support the successful launch and execution plans of new and/or improved features.
  • Develop a content deployment strategy for internal and external xarvio Field Manager users.
  • Develop KPIs to track effectiveness.
  • Support xarvio commercial implementation as needed.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
  • Bring 2+ years of professional experience in the agriculture or digital industries.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship building, written and oral communication skills, along with a proven performance track record.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have expertise in adult learning strategies.
  • Are self-motivated, results-driven, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
