Responsible for designing innovative technical solutions leveraging digital platforms, including Salesforce, SAP, Bizagi, Microsoft Power Platform.
Carry configuration changes and maintenance as required to ensure quality and performance of the designed tools.
Assist in end-to-end development of corporate service applications and support the implementation.
Project the path forward for digitalization, take initiative to move outdated processes and develop a number of applications and workflows to modernize and improve these business processes.
Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce marketing cloud (NA and APAC).
Support in maintenance of SQL server on need basis to ensure data integrity and proper functioning.
Up to 10% domestic travel required to various Chemetall offices and client sites nationwide.
Local telecommuting permitted.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Five (5) years of related experience required. Alternatively, the employer would accept a Master’s degree and two (2) years of related experience required.
Two (2) years of experience must include: Salesforce CRM; SAP BW; MS SQL Server; Power BI/ Tableau; Power Apps; Power Automate; Bizagi; Microsoft Azure; Databricks; and Microsoft dataverse.
Up to 10% domestic travel required to various Chemetall offices and client sites nationwide.
Local telecommuting permitted.
