- Lead regional steering framework for 3PL and Customs Broker performance
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance expectations for logistics partners
- Ensure adherence to contractual commitments and compliance standards
- Act as regional liaison for best practice sharing and alignment
- Coordinate crisis response and resilience planning
Requirements
- Experience in Customs or Logistics Management
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Familiarity with compliance and risk management practices
- Must be fluent in English and any other Asian language would be an advantage.
