About the role

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of RMS and ICS, including setting standards and methodologies.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for assigned processes or entities and ensure the consistent application of RMS and ICS requirements across the organization.
  • Support risk assessments, control design and control optimization.
  • Support the development and delivery of RMS and ICS training sessions and guidance materials.
  • Contribute to improving risk and control awareness as well as maturity across the business.
  • Serve as the key operational contact for risk management and internal control matters and manage monitoring activities.
  • Facilitate review meetings with business units and consolidate risk information for reporting purposes through established tools and processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Natural Sciences, Law, or a comparable field
  • At least three years of professional experience in an RMS or legal department with a methodological focus, ideally within the agriculture, chemical or another regulated industry
  • Solid knowledge of RMS and ICS concepts including risk assessment, control design and testing, RCM maintenance, hands-on experience with control automation, data analytics, and GRC tools are an advantage
  • Proven digital and AI focus with the ability to leverage modern technologies and data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Excellent German and English skills as well as proficiency in Governance, Risk and Compliance-related IT solutions, systems and tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills combined with integrity, assertiveness and the ability to drive practical, effective compliance solutions while acting as a role model for Risk culture.
