About the role
- Design, evaluate, implement and continuously improve technical solutions for data protection.
- Enhance classification, labeling, protection, and monitoring of sensitive data throughout its lifecycle.
- Automate security tasks to optimize processes and enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with internal Cyber Security teams to maintain consistent and risk informed data handling procedures.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal business partners to align their requirements with the technical capabilities of the security landscape.
- Present technical progress and achievements clearly to management, translating risk mitigation outcomes into meaningful business metrics.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams, product owners, and other stakeholders for guidance and support.
Requirements
- A completed bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity or related field is required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Data Security Tools Purview, DLP, IRM, DSPM and Elastic XDR suite or comparable security platforms.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical and design development using Python, SQL, and the Microsoft Platform—including Copilot.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are expected.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Microsoft M365 Security Operations Analyst, or ITIL are considered advantageous.
