About the role

  • Support regional compliance daily operation in Asia Pacific, including various compliance program / initiatives on compliance trainings, compliance campaign, data protection, etc. coordinate on feedback collection, consolidation, maintain paper filing and e-filing from various countries in Asia Pacific and manage the data up to date.
  • Conduct legal research, case analysis and summary, draft and / or review contracts, translate and / or proof-read le compliance documents, etc.
  • Support the preparation of high-profile compliance case investigation upon assignment.
  • Schedule appointments, make arrangement for meetings, workshops, event, etc.
  • Support other administrative tasks assigned.

Requirements

  • major in Law, second year of Master or gap year is preferred
  • not required, law firm or inhouse internship experience is preferred
  • fluent in both oral and written English; good at using MS office tools
  • team player and highly responsible work attitude, good communication and interpersonal skills
