- Process variable elements for the preparation of monthly payroll
- Improve and maintain HR administrative processes in HR systems
- Prepare monthly and yearly reporting on HR data
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements
- Advise employees on HR-related topics
- Work closely with local HR partners and internal departments
Requirements
- Completed a degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
- Some proven experience in HR
- Experience with HR tools (ideally SAP HR) and Excel is an advantage
- Fluency in French and a good level of English - German is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Service-oriented attitude toward customers and partners
