About the role
- Define the territory strategy and implement the CREDENZ policy with partners
- Lead a challenging and extensive territory: Tocantins and southern Pará
- Manage and operationalize an exclusive soybean portfolio
Requirements
- Degree in Agronomy
- Knowledge of soybean
- Solid experience in seed commercialization, including negotiation, target management, commercial planning, after-sales and direct relationship with producers
- Experience or knowledge of cotton is a relevant differential
- Experience with distribution channels is valued, especially in distributor management, development, support and expansion
