About the role

  • Opportunity to become acquainted with the "Global Leadership, Learning & Talent Development" unit for 3 to 6 months
  • Involvement in exciting international topics in the field of talent development
  • Support the People & Culture team in the conceptual development of these topics
  • Active involvement in the preparation, execution and follow-up of all processes related to our global development programs and culture initiatives
  • Defining (sub-)projects in which you can assume responsibility

Requirements

  • Master's student in (business) psychology, economics or business administration, ideally with a focus on HR & organization, HR management, or HR analytics
  • First practical experience in HR, e.g. through internships or student assistant roles
  • Enjoy working on projects and developing concepts in a global environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
