About the role
- Responsible for the general ledger and a key interface to financial services
- Processing transactions within the general ledger and lease accounting
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Management of monthly group reporting for BASF group entities in Europe
- Primary contact for accounting matters for subsidiaries
Requirements
- Degree in business with a specialization in accounting or equivalent
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
- Initial experience with SAP R/3 and S/4HANA preferred
- Proficiency in English and French
- Analytical mindset and motivation to contribute to team success
- Interest in automation and digitization of processes
