About the role

  • Develop meaningful product-specific Stability & Performance and UX KPIs and dashboards supporting KPI overviews
  • Analyze quantitative product & user data to generate actionable insights
  • Create and maintain research templates, manuals and processes while centralizing documentation and designing AI prompts
  • Support planning, analysis and training sessions as well as document qualitative UX processes, tools and templates for ongoing use

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Cognitive Science, Data Science or a comparable field
  • First practical experience in quantitative and qualitative user data analysis
  • Interest in data-driven product development and analysis tools (Datadog, AmazonQuick Suite, Pendo)
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit and a proactive, structured work approach
