About the role

  • Serve as the regional expert for H2R (Hire-to-Retire) processes - Payroll Management.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned HR processes, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and stakeholders on process-related matters.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HR processes.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Min a Bachelor of degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • Min 5 years experience in HR with min 3 years in Payroll Operations.
  • Experience with SAP for payroll.
  • Experienced in Process Excellence or HR Consulting
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
