About the role

  • Handles work packages in complex projects and topics independently and actively initiates optimization measures within the assigned work area
  • Team member in regional projects and responsible for the technical progress of the work packages, fulfilment of set technical milestones, documentation & project reports
  • Designs the work plan independently and aligns with the functional manager
  • Actively involved in the ideation/opportunity finding process within the framework of the BASF innovation process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or equivalent.
  • More than 5 years in PU Technology and related applications.
  • Strong presentation skills, IT skills and understanding of IP
