About the role
- Continuously develop BASFs´ Standard for Trade Compliance in the area of Business Partner Due Diligence
- Investigate Sanctioned Party true-matches and provide expert judgement
- Improve interfaces and processes with Trade Compliance Operational hub
Requirements
- University graduate in business law, legal studies, compliance, finance, banking, supply chain
- Min 5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of foreign trade or compliance within banking sector, chemicals/pharmaceutical/life science industry, commodities trading, or mechanical/plant engineering
- Experience in managing risks
- Knowledge of Sanctions Lists preferred
- Experience with sanctions procedures, KYC, due diligence process would be beneficial
