About the role
- Assume responsibilities of the global Chemetall Controlling
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly reporting
- Perform variance analyses and comment on business developments
- Support global business units in planning and managing their cost center budgets
- Assist in carrying out budget planning
- Prepare special/ad-hoc analyses and profitability analyses
- Continuously adjust controlling tools and instruments
- Work closely with regional and local controlling
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting
- Initial professional experience in controlling
- Strong understanding of business processes and financial interrelations
- Very good analytical skills and good communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent knowledge of SAP CO and SAP Business Warehouse
- Fluent in written and spoken English
