About the role
- Installation and Equipment: Assist in installation, relocation, and replacement of equipment as per work instructions.
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Execute and lead preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for all equipment.
- Project Support: Coordinate small-scale plant improvement or modification projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR) and propose improvements.
- Safety and Quality: Participate in Job Safety Analysis and lead safety checks during maintenance activities.
- Mentoring and Team Support: Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- SCADA / WinCC System Experience: Demonstrate hands-on experience with Siemens WinCC system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineer, or any related technical field.
- At least 2 years of direct maintenance experience in manufacturing or chemical industries.
- Understanding of chemical production or manufacturing.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
