About the role
- You will manage customer relationships and expand connections within the Farm-to-Fork industry segment, with a particular focus on the animal feed sector
- Acquire new customers and take responsibility for revenue generation
- Conduct contract negotiations and prepare contracts in collaboration with the Legal department
- Maintain and document relevant customer activities (account plans, action plans) and produce regular reports
- Analyze market trends and derive actions to increase revenue
- Present products and solutions to customers and participate in trade shows and industry events
Requirements
- Completed degree in business, a technical field, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of sales experience required, preferably in agriculture and specifically in the animal feed sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- High customer orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships
- Fluent German and English (C1 level in both)
