About the role

  • You will manage customer relationships and expand connections within the Farm-to-Fork industry segment, with a particular focus on the animal feed sector
  • Acquire new customers and take responsibility for revenue generation
  • Conduct contract negotiations and prepare contracts in collaboration with the Legal department
  • Maintain and document relevant customer activities (account plans, action plans) and produce regular reports
  • Analyze market trends and derive actions to increase revenue
  • Present products and solutions to customers and participate in trade shows and industry events

Requirements

  • Completed degree in business, a technical field, or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of sales experience required, preferably in agriculture and specifically in the animal feed sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
  • High customer orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Fluent German and English (C1 level in both)
