About the role

  • Support the development of the strategy and target operating model for the Legal, Compliance & Insurance department
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to optimize department workflows
  • Establish a system for managing external law firms
  • Oversee internal risk management and ensure alignment of measures
  • Assume responsibility for budgeting, controlling and cost allocation
  • Design and operate knowledge management systems
  • Support the development of the department’s digital and AI roadmap

Requirements

  • University degree in law or related field
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in a multinational company
  • At least 5 years of experience in legal operation of a legal department
  • Strong expertise in one or more areas of legal operation in a legal department
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Additional languages are a plus
