About the role

  • Own the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) Finance processes.
  • Establish and maintain global standards for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
  • Oversee O2C activities.
  • Identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
  • Leverage technology and digital solutions to enhance automation.
  • Manage a third-party business process provider for O2C.
  • Implement process performance KPIs to manage and steer the service provider.
  • Collaborate closely with related functions such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Book-to-Report (B2R).
  • Coordinate integration efforts.
  • Ensure holistic alignment of financial processes.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure O2C processes meet business needs.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications such as CMA or CPA are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in financial process management and optimization.
  • Strong focus on O2C activities within a multinational corporation.
  • Experience in the chemicals industry or a related sector, particularly during transitions or carve-outs, is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of O2C processes and process optimization methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4.
  • Experience with process mapping tools.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
