About the role
- Collaborating with leadership to define and refining an AI strategy that aligns with business objectives, meets ethical standards, and delivers measurable outcomes.
- Creating or enhancing tools that boost productivity, provide deeper category insights, support site account plans, and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
- Representing NA as a digital champion by supporting idea development, piloting, testing, deployment, and providing first-line support for global solutions.
- Designing workshops and internal programs to elevate AI literacy and empower indirect procurement teams.
- Establishing successful metrics such as ROI, adoption rate, and efficiency improvements, and regularly communicating results to stakeholders.
- Partnering with legal, compliance, and data experts to uphold fairness, transparency, and accountability throughout AI initiatives.
- Implementing platforms for ongoing experimentation, enabling teams to respond quickly to advancements in AI technologies.
Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of experience in analytics, AI, digital transformation, or data engineering, with a strong technical foundation.
- Drive roadmap strategy, translating business needs into scalable AI or analytics products.
- Build automation and data solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure.
- Develop AI-powered workflows and tools, including agents and decision-support systems.
- Work in modern development environments (e.g., VS Code) and use visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Manage programs or products, defining requirements, prioritizing work, and delivering results.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and champion adoption in fast-paced, global environments.
