About the role

  • Develop and maintain the overall architecture for Salesforce and CRM digital solutions.
  • Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.
  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Salesforce programs and projects.
  • Oversee the design and development of custom Salesforce solutions, including integrations with other systems.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders regarding Salesforce and CRM strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years focused on Salesforce and CRM solutions.
  • Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex Salesforce programs and projects.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and integration patterns
  • Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, digital transformation, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
