About the role
- develop and implement a global media relations strategy tailored to a publicly listed company
- take ownership of IPO-related external communications across channels such as news releases, events, executive positioning, and owned online platforms
- build and maintain strong relationships with key business and financial media outlets and journalists globally
- manage leak strategies and handle IPO-related issue management
- monitor IPO-related media coverage and public sentiment to anticipate reputational risks and identify positioning opportunities
Requirements
- degree in communication studies, marketing, business administration or a related field
- minimum of 5 years of professional experience in communications, ideally in capital markets or IPO-related projects
- expert knowledge in PR and media work, crisis communication, and capital market topics
- strong presentation and media appearance skills, with a proactive and analytical mindset and excellent communication abilities
- fluent English skills (expert level), German skills are considered as a plus, and confident use of MS Word and other web-based office applications
