About the role
- responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising field trials to ensure relevant data creation for all stakeholders
- identify trial and data collection needs and regularly align with global and local teams on trial and data status
- check incoming data, provide feedback to external partners, and secure data quality in close collaboration with agronomic modelers
- support commercial and agronomy teams by quantifying agronomic value, confirming ROI for users, and presenting trial results
- conduct field trainings and onboarding sessions for external service providers and participate in all phases of the product development life cycle
Requirements
- master degree in agricultural science
- first professional experience in agricultural trials or agronomic environments
- strong knowledge in plant cultivation, agricultural testing methods, and product/application technologies
- fluent English skills and proficiency in standard IT tools, fluent German is beneficial
- excellent communication skills, a structured and solution-oriented mindset, and strong team spirit
