About the role
- Ensure the product portfolio generates a return above the cost of capital
- Plan, monitor, analyze and report on commercial performance
- Initiate corrective actions to meet objectives
- Forecast product demand in collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams
- Manage shortages and allocations
- Regularly review and optimize the product portfolio
- Support or lead strategic investment projects
- Assist Sales teams in preparing and negotiating major agreements
- Serve as the global coordinator for cross-regional topics related to product groups and lead virtual global product teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management with strong financial expertise
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Familiarity with analytical tools
- Fluent in English; French and German are a plus
- Education: degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field preferred
