About the role
- Define and execute global product development strategies for coolants.
- Drive innovation projects in collaboration with R&D and Technical Service teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Act as the technical voice in customer meetings and global initiatives.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting coolant technologies. Translate insights into actionable development plans.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in product development within automotive fluids or chemical industries
- Willingness to spend some time in Germany for training
- Proven track record in managing global projects and innovation initiatives
- Knowledge of coolant chemistry, formulation, and performance testing is a plus
- Capability to align technical development with business objectives
- Fluent in English.
