About the role
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and profitability.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new opportunities in the Chinese market for lubricant components.
- Promote new products and applications to expand market share.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company policies.
Requirements
- Possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree in business, Chemistry, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or account management within chemical or lubricant industries.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills with proven track record in B2B environments.
- Understanding lubricant components, formulations, and related applications is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage customers and internal teams effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), MS Office Suite, and reporting tools.
