About the role
- Regular customer visits to make long term relationships by providing best technical support
- Analyze customer product designs & specifications, and provide technical proposals/ideas/solutions
- Manage project from RFQ generation to SOP and technical support till EOP
- Customer complaints management by analyzing and providing countermeasure solutions
- Promote Cellasto NVH products and pursue new applications through collaboration
- Ensure customer support and project management by coordinating with internal teams and customer requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering & CAD/CAM Certifications
- 7-12 Years of hands on experience in Automotive TIER-I / TIER-II company
- Designing of Automotive components & Project Management
