About the role
- Responsibility for service quality, guest experience and F&B operations
- Lead, coach and develop around 50 employees and 15 trainees
- Active presence at events and direct interaction with guests and clients
- Use KPI reporting to manage performance
- Ensure smooth operations in meetings, banquets and restaurant business
Requirements
- Degree in hospitality/catering or a business degree with a focus on hospitality/service (or equivalent)
- Several years of management experience in a demanding catering environment with budget responsibility
- Confident handling of inventory management and reservation systems; very good Excel and reporting skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
