About the role
- Get to know the diverse HR activities of the People & Culture department at BASF Coatings
- Become part of a global team
- Take part in an exciting program consisting of three to four rotation assignments
- Gain experience with operational and strategic challenges in People & Culture (HR)
- Actively contribute to all process steps — whether in recruitment, employee development, workforce analysis, or HR digitization
- Support People & Culture units in advising leaders at local, European, and global levels
- Take responsibility for (partial) projects and work actively on strategic People & Culture topics
- Be optimally prepared for your target role
- Gain three to six months of international experience
Requirements
- Successfully completed Master's degree in HR Management / HR Analytics, (Business) Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on HR and Organization, Human Resources, or related fields
- Practical experience in People & Culture (HR) environments, e.g., through internships, working student roles, or vocational training
- International experience through study abroad semesters, internships, or similar
- Affinity for and enthusiasm about digitization and IT transformation, plus a strong willingness to actively drive change
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in taking on responsibility in a global environment
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
