About the role
- Responsible for inventory management, stock control and material disposition for linens and cleaning supplies
- Manage internal and external service providers and contractors
- Ensure the highest standards in quality, cleaning & hygiene
- Implement and enforce safety-related requirements
- Organize workwear, linens, décor and floristry
- Respond to feedback and drive continuous improvements
Requirements
- Vocational training or degree in hospitality, housekeeping, gastronomy, or facility management
- Professional experience in a leadership role within housekeeping
- Knowledge of contractor management, hygiene and quality management
- Structured working style – ability to maintain oversight and act efficiently
- Strong communication skills – managing internal and external partners
- IT affinity – proficient user of MS Office
- Knowledge of occupational health & safety and environmental protection is a plus
